The smell, the flavor even the the look once cut in half and placed on top of yogurt or mixed through a fresh fruit salad...i just can't get enough!
The delicious little passion fruit reminds me of summer, good times and yummy desserts. Anyone got any good recipes they would like to share?
I am keen to find a really good passion fruit icing for on top of this short bread recipe that I found over at Frog, Goose and Bear and I though it would be fun to attempt a Passion Fruit Panna Cotta in celebration of this stunning weather we are having. Speaking of weather, we are at the beach enjoying last days with our family who have been holiday with us from overseas...we have had such good times...sad times ahead as we bid them farewell on Wednesday. It will be sad and my heart breaks for three little cousins who truly adore each other. x
