Part one...

This little beach getaway was my parents...we crashed it for a couple of days and so pleased we did. They found a little beach cottage gem. Filled with nostalgic charm and endless water views...i love details and this little cottage was filled with so many lovely details. Huge seashells holding back the doors to every room, recycled furniture, wooden boats perched on crooked shelves, vintage books,  hooks holding deckchairs, pale blues mosaic tiles filled the bathroom and worn wooden floor boards with gaps holding bucket loads of salty sand.

Delight as we watched a group of dolphins play in the waves...it made his afternoon and he keeps talking about them.

Gorgeous...........i know!

Oh Sarah! I'm almost green with envy, sigh... it's exactly the super getaway I always wanted. We did manage to have something similar this summer for 2 weeks with beautiful weather in a beachtown in Holland. But having parents who you can lend it from? Priceless! *Bigh sigh*
If you want I can be your adopted sister? Ask your parents if they wouldn't mind... you know how I love the beach so this post is printed in my head now!
Have a good Wednesday,

exciting and peaceful and nurturing all in one. I love the three little signs in the doorway saying "Welcome to our home" all in different writing. Such charm and so inviting. And how very special for Mr W to be with his grandparents. Your little man is growing before our eyes!

OMG, it is simply divine. Another two hours South and you'd find my caravan. I simply have to visit your amazing little cottage. What a wonderful time to escape, before it becomes too crazy. Your little man is in his element. He can run, roam and enjoy bare feet all day long! Enjoy. Pruxxx
