Creating Christmas memories around the home...
Our first batch of ginger bread cookies seemed a little crumbly...we had lots of fun though. We placed them in a tin and took them to Playgroup and decorated them with little friends. yum!
I enjoy collecting Christmas decorations....they remind me of fun times and old adventures. The little ski's are a reminder of two wonderful white Christmas's spent in France. And the wooden decoration below is from the most magical Christmas store.
We love celebrating Christmas as a little family...but where has the month of December gone? x

Oh I know Sarah, December is just slipping through my fingers too! So much to do, so many plans all squashed in to three and a bit weeks! I love Christmas decorations too, they hold memories in a way that other objects don't. I wonder if it's because they only come out once a year...
Gorgeous christmassy goodness! I especially love the "ho ho ho" ! xo
Love the 'ho ho ho'. I like the way your decorations are meaningful - I used to simply want the pretty colour coordinated tree but now with Grace around, I'd like her to help pick out decorations as she gets older.
Gorgeous! i am full of regret that I didn't collect a little Christmas decoration from all the different places I have been, but I'll be doing it from now on. This is the boys' second Christmas and for the second year now we have made a special shopping trip to pick out a tree decoration for each of them. As they get older they'll be part of the picking, and I can't wait to give them a suitcase full of decorations when they are all grown up, with their own family and own tree :)
It really has gone soooo fast!! I had so many more things I wanted to do and fear there will not be enough time! Oh well theres always next year!WE have been making gingerbread as well and are going to make a house on xmas eve!
