Community spirit and a smile...

The spirit of community is alive, overwhelming and simply amazing...i feel so proud and constantly moved by so much of what I am seeing right now in our home town.
One day before the devastating floods, we had news that made us smile!
Our little winter baby due in July is healthy and strong...we can't wait to hold you little one x

There really is so much to be proud of when it comes to the way in which people are responding to each other in these most challenging of times.

It is wonderful to read your news about the Winter Baby and to see these bright images - especially your bright gumboots and the secret whispers of sibings.

True blessings,

Felicity x

It is so amazing to see all those people offering aid from all walks of life! So glad to hear you were unaffected...we were shopping at the Rosalie deli the not two days before it went under. Awful, awful times. A giant congratualtions on your wonderful news!!! Rest up and enjoy growing a wee little person :) xx
We should have a coffee when things dry up a bit :)

Congratulations Sarah, what wonderful news. I hope you are feeling well. Brisbane is going to take a long time to recover from all of this devastation. I shed many tears about Rosalie Village - it was my local area for so long, and T and I had our very first date at Serendipity over 13 years ago.
I am glad you escaped the wash, and that your heart is being as warmed as mine is by all the volunteers doing such amazing things.
xx

Oh lovely Sarah, what wonderful news about your family having a new little one soon - so excited for you both and hope all has been well so far in your pregnancy. The shot above would have to be one of the loveliest 'pregnancy photos' I have seen - so precious. Love your dress too and your boots. Big hugs xx
